2. Signup for an virtual credit card account
3. Deposit minimum $20 in your entropay cc to get card number.
4. After getting cc number visit your paypal account, add same number to your account.
4. Usually it will take few days for electronic statement to show on entropay for 4 digit pin, eg (*PP1234CODE) "1234" is the pin.
